Mrs. Su’ad Haji Hassan is an accomplished academic and administrator with extensive experience in teaching, research, and leadership within higher education. Currently a PhD candidate at Al-Madinah International University, Malaysia, with an MBA from Makerere University and a strong foundation in Business Administration. Former Acting Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Management at Almaas University, with over a decade of service as lecturer, assistant lecturer, and examiner across leading Somali universities, including Benadir, Jamhuria, Salaam, and Jazeera.

In addition to academic leadership, she has contributed to national education development as a Somali National Exams supervisor and evaluator. Skilled in strategic planning, project monitoring, and institutional management, she brings strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal abilities. Fluent in English, Arabic, and Somali, with proven capacity to manage complex responsibilities, foster collaboration, and deliver results in diverse academic, business and professional environments.
