The goal of geological prospecting traverses is to conduct ongoing geological and geomorphological observations in order to track geological boundaries and other distinct aspects of the surveyed area’s geological structure in the field and document them on topographic maps or aerial photographs.  The mineralization sites, ore occurrences, and mineralogical, geochemical, and geophysical anomalies are all visible through the aerial acquisitions carried out during the traverses.
